Introduction
Connie Hay is not just an instructor of the Word of God, but a biblicaly sound and powerful teacher. Gleaning from her life's experiences she is able to communicate the Word in a way that reaches women in every stage of life.
Biography
For over twenty-five years, Connie Hay has devoted her life to encouraging women and providing leadership in an effort to see them develop into the women God desires them to be. From serving as a Deaconess to ministering as the Director of Womens Ministries, Connies heart and desire is to see women encouraged in their relationship with God and to see them live that relationship out in every area of their lives. With her experience as a Teaching Director for Community Bible Study, as well as District Director and also serving on the Community Bible Study West Coast Training Team, Connie is fully equipped to identify with and teach women of all ages and stages of life.
Connie is currently serving as the Director of Adults, Assimilation and Womens Ministries at Dayspring Fellowship, in Oregons Willamette Valley. She is the founder and director of Reflections of a Servant, a retreat, conference and tape ministry, through which thousands of her tapes have been distributed throughout the United States. As well as speaking at numerous retreats, Connie has spent time ministering with Luis Palau at outreach events on the mission fields in Latvia.
Connie was born in Chicago, Illinois. She was raised in Springfield, Illinois and California where she met her husband of 34 years, Jerry. Connie and Jerry work together at Dayspring Fellowship where Jerry is the Pastor of Mens Ministries and Administration. Connie and Jerry are the former owners of Sierra Athletic Club in South Lake Tahoe, California and Cascade Fitness in Sisters, Oregon. As licensed General Contractors, Jerry and Connie have built or remodeled 14 homes and lived to tell about it. They have two children, Clint a fashion photojournalist who travels all around the world and resides in South Florida. Jeannine works as a Marketing Specialist for a major Stock Brokerage Firm in San Francisco. Jeannine and her husband Rich will celebrate two years of marriage in November.

Always willing to learn, she is a trusted and wise counselor with great perception, compassion and a healthy outlook of who and what a woman of God should be.
